Mini Tiramisu Parfaits

Using Real Fresh® Vanilla Pudding & Real Fresh® Vanilla-Oat Plant-Based Pudding


Yield: 64 4oz Servings (actual yield depends on serving glass dimensions and type of cookie and whipped cream used)

  • 1 #10 Can

    Real Fresh® Vanilla Pudding

  • or

    Real Fresh® Vanilla-Oat Plant-Based Pudding

  • 12 cups (approx. 2 lbs)

    Whipped cream, reduced sugar or unsweetened

  • 36 each or as needed

    Ladyfinger cookies

  • 2 ½ cups

    Espresso, brewed, cold

  • ¼ cup or as needed

    Dark cocoa powder, unsweetened

  • 64 each

    Espresso/cappuccino cup, 4 fl oz capacity


  1. In a large bowl, gently fold the whipped cream into the Real Fresh® Vanilla Pudding. Transfer to piping bag

  2. Cut ladyfingers into segments that are just long enough to fit inside the diameter of the serving cup

  3. Pipe 1 fl oz cup of pudding mixture into each serving cup

  4. Place a ladyfinger segment on top of the pudding

  5. Drizzle 1 tsp espresso over the ladyfinger

  6. Repeat

  7. Pipe 1 fl oz pudding into cup and smooth flat with a spatula or knife

  8. Lightly dust the top with Cocoa powder
