Cheesy Nacho Croquettes
Using Muy Fresco® Nacho Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

Flour
6 oz
Butter
32 oz
Muy Fresco® Nacho Cheese Sauce
2 cups
Flour
6 each
Eggs
6 cups
Tortilla chips, crushed
Directions
In a large sauce pan heat butter over medium heat till melted
Add flour and cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly
Add Muy Fresco® Nacho Cheese Sauce cook for 4-5 more minutes until very thick stirring constantly
Pour into shallow baking dish and cover with plastic wrap refrigerate overnight
Using a ¾ portion scoop form into round croquettes and refrigerate
Prepare standard breading procedure: Stage 1: flour Stage 2: egg wash Stage 3: crushed tortilla chips
Bread all croquettes and refrigerate
Deep fry at 325° F
Drain on blotting cloth
Serve
