Chorizo & Avocado Bites
Using Muy Fresco® Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

Muy Fresco® Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce

Avocado, peeled, pit removed and finely diced
4 oz
Fresh spicy chorizo sausage, casing removed
3 Tbsp
All-purpose flour

Egg, beaten
1/2 cup
Corn tortilla chips, finely crushed
1/2 cup
Vegetable oil
1 Tbsp
Fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
Prepare Muy Fresco® Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce according to package directions. Hold for service or heat to order.
In small bowl, combine avocado and chorizo. Roll into 2-inch balls.
In 3 separate bowls, place flour, egg and crushed tortilla chips.
Dredge chorizo avocado balls in flour, dip in egg and coat in crushed tortilla chips.
In medium skillet set over medium-high heat, add oil. When shimmering, deep-fry chorizo and avocado bites for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown and chorizo is cooked through. Hold for service or fry to order.
Serve chorizo and avocado bites with Muy Fresco® Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce for dipping. Garnish with parsley.
