Cuban Sandwich Dip
Using Muy Fresco® Queso Blanco
Yield: 16 2-cup servings
1 #10 can
Muy Fresco® Queso Blanco
Dill Pickles, 1/4" dice
Pulled Pork, warm
Ham, 1/4" dice, warm
As needed for garnish
Baquette, sliced, toasted (optional)
To Prepare: In a large sauce pan, combine cheese sauce, pickles, mustards, and cream. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Add pulled pork and ham and stir to combine. Hot hold until ready to serve.
To Serve: Portion 2 cups hot dip into a bowl. Garnish with scallions (optional).
Serve with toasted baguette slices (optional).
