Cheeseburger Stuffed Mushrooms
Using Muy Fresco® Aged Cheddar Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
8 each
Large Stuffing Mushrooms
¼ cup
Onion, chopped
1 Tbsp
Oil
½ lb
Hamburger Meat
1 each
Egg
8 oz
Muy Fresco® Aged Cheddar Cheese Sauce
for garnish
Paprika
Directions
Clean mushrooms – remove stems and chop stems
In medium pan, sauté onions and stems in oil for 2-3 minutes
Drain and set aside, let cool
Mix cooked onion mixture, hamburger and egg – form 8 meatballs
Place meatballs in prepared mushroom caps
Bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes
Top with Muy Fresco® Aged Cheddar Cheese Sauce and sprinkle tops with paprika
