Cheeseburger Stuffed Mushrooms

Using Muy Fresco® Aged Cheddar Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 8 each

    Large Stuffing Mushrooms

  • ¼ cup

    Onion, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp

    Oil

  • ½ lb

    Hamburger Meat

  • 1 each

    Egg

  • 8 oz

    Muy Fresco® Aged Cheddar Cheese Sauce

  • for garnish

    Paprika

Directions

  1. Clean mushrooms – remove stems and chop stems

  2. In medium pan, sauté onions and stems in oil for 2-3 minutes

  3. Drain and set aside, let cool

  4. Mix cooked onion mixture, hamburger and egg – form 8 meatballs

  5. Place meatballs in prepared mushroom caps

  6. Bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes

  7. Top with Muy Fresco® Aged Cheddar Cheese Sauce and sprinkle tops with paprika
