Chicken Alfredo Flatbread
Using Muy Fresco® Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce
Yield: 1 flatbread
Muy Fresco® Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce
1 (about 4.4 oz/8.5-x 4-inch)
1/2 cup/2 oz
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Chicken, cooked and sliced
1/3 cup/1 oz
Mushrooms, thinly sliced
Parmesan cheese, grated
Fresh parsley, finely chopped
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Spread 40 oz Muy Fresco® Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce over flatbread shell, leaving 1/2-inch border. Top with mozzarella, chicken, mushrooms and bacon bits. Drizzle with oil.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley. Slice before serving.
