Choco-Caramel Cheesecake Pizza

Using Real Fresh® Chocolate Pudding


Yield: 6 servings (1 pizza)

    Fried Cheesecake Bites

  • 1

    Refrigerated pie crust

  • 1/2 cup or 4 oz

    Real Fresh® Chocolate Pudding

  • 1 tbsp

    Granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp


  • 1 egg


  • 3/4 cup or 4 oz

    Dark chocolate chunks, divided

  • 1/4 cup or 2 oz

    Caramel sauce, divided

  • 2 tbsp or 1 oz

    Chocolate sauce


  1. Prepare frozen fried cheesecake bites according to package directions.

  2. Preheat oven to 375°F. Unroll pie crust; lay flat on 12-inch pizza pan.

  3. Beat egg in a separate bowl and brush over pizza crust.

  4. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over dough.

  5. Spread Real Fresh® Chocolate Pudding over pie crust. Top with cheesecake bites, 1/2 cup chocolate chunks and 2 tbsp caramel sauce. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheesecake topping is set and crust is browned. Let cool completely.

  6. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and remaining caramel sauce; scatter remaining chocolate chunks over top.

  7. Slice and serve 1 ‘pizza’ wedge per serving.
