Ingredients

Large Stuffing Mushrooms 8 ea
Onion, chopped ¼ cup
1 Tbsp Oil
½ lb Hamburger Meat
1 ea Egg
8 oz Muy Fresco Aged Cheddar Cheese Sauce
Paprika, for garnish

Directions

  1. Clean mushrooms – remove stems and chop stems
  2. In medium pan, sauté onions and stems in oil for 2-3 minutes
  3. Drain and set aside, let cool
  4. Mix cooked onion mixture, hamburger and egg – form 8 meatballs
  5. Place meatballs in prepared mushroom caps
  6. Bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes
  7. Top with Muy Fresco Aged Cheddar Cheese Sauce and sprinkle tops with paprika
