Chicken Alfredo Sweet Mashed Bowl

Using Muy Fresco® Garlic Parmesan Sauce


  • 4 oz

    Muy Fresco® Garlic Parmesan Sauce

  • 2-3 pieces (2-3 oz)

    Breaded chicken, frozen

  • 5 oz

    Pre-diced sweet potatoes, frozen

  • 2 oz


  • 2 oz


  • 2 tsp


  • 2 tsp


  • 2 tsp

    Garlic powder

  • 2 tsp

    Onion powder


  1. Fry/heat frozen breaded chicken per recommended instructions.

  2. Place 4 oz of Muy Fresco® Garlic Parmesan Sauce in a mixing bowl and place cooked breaded chicken pieces in sauce and toss until coated and set aside.

  3. While chicken is cooking, heat frozen pre-diced sweet potatoes per recommended instructions.

  4. Once sweet potatoes are finished, mash potatoes with a teaspoon of salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder using your preferred technique until smooth and set aside.

  5. Blanche kale and corn and season with a teaspoon salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder.

  6. Add seasoned mashed sweet potatoes to bowl and top with seasoned kale and corn.

  7. Add 2-3 pieces of sauced chicken pieces on top and serve.
