Ingredients

  • 16 oz

    Muy Fresco® Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce

  • 1 tbsp

    Red Peppers, diced small

  • 1 tbsp

    Green Peppers, diced small

  • 1 tbsp

    Scallions, chopped

  • 1 tbsp

    Cilantro, chopped

Directions

  1. Heat Muy Fresco® Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce in microwave at medium setting until warm

  2. Mix peppers,scallions and cilantro and garnish the top of warmed cheese sauce

  3. Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips, pretzels
