Using Muy Fresco® Nacho Cheese Sauce
Yield: 1 serving
1/4 cup (2 oz)
Muy Fresco® Nacho Cheese Sauce
Grilled shrimp (peeled and deveined), chopped (21/25 count)
Shredded Mexican cheese blend
Frozen cooked lobster meat, thawed and chopped
Canned crab meat, drained well
Cilantro, finely chopped
Large (10-inch) flour tortillas
Prepare Muy Fresco® Nacho Cheese Sauce according to package directions. Hold for service or heat to order.
In medium bowl, stir together shrimp, Mexican cheese blend, lobster, crab, cilantro, chili powder and cumin. Fold in nacho cheese sauce.
Spread mixture onto 1 tortilla. Cap with remaining tortilla.
In medium skillet set over medium heat, add oil. Cook quesadilla for 4 to 6 minutes, turning once, or until tortilla is toasted and golden and filling is heated. Hold for service or cook to order.
Cut quesadilla into 6 wedges and serve with sour cream for dipping.
