Using Crème Fraîche by alouette® Professional

Ingredients
Yield: 10- 1.5 oz. shots
15 oz.
Premium coffee
7 oz.
Crème Fraîche by alouette® Professional
1 oz.
Nonalcoholic Rum flavor
½ oz.
Sugar
to taste
Cinnamon
¼ oz.
Orange zest, chopped
to taste
Vanilla powder
to chill
Ice cubes
to garnish
Zest from 1 orange, julienned
to garnish
Cracked cinnamon
Directions
Prepare coffee, add rum flavor to coffee, chill in refrigerator.
Blend Crème Fraîche by alouette® Professional with cinnamon, vanilla powder, orange zest, and sugar. Whip slightly to incorporate some air and dissolve sugar.
Pour coffee mixture into ice-filled coffee press.
Pour chilled coffee mixture into clear shot glass.
Top with crème fraîche mixture (use charger if available).
Garnish with orange zest and cracked cinnamon.
