Using Crème Fraîche by alouette® Professional

Ingredients

Yield: 10- 1.5 oz. shots

  • 15 oz.

    Premium coffee

  • 7 oz.

    Crème Fraîche by alouette® Professional

  • 1 oz.

    Nonalcoholic Rum flavor

  • ½ oz.

    Sugar

  • to taste

    Cinnamon

  • ¼ oz.

    Orange zest, chopped

  • to taste

    Vanilla powder

  • to chill

    Ice cubes

  • to garnish

    Zest from 1 orange, julienned

  • to garnish

    Cracked cinnamon

Directions

  1. Prepare coffee, add rum flavor to coffee, chill in refrigerator.

  2. Blend Crème Fraîche by alouette® Professional with cinnamon, vanilla powder, orange zest, and sugar. Whip slightly to incorporate some air and dissolve sugar.

  3. Pour coffee mixture into ice-filled coffee press.

  4. Pour chilled coffee mixture into clear shot glass.

  5. Top with crème fraîche mixture (use charger if available).

  6. Garnish with orange zest and cracked cinnamon.
