Prepared Crepes |

Oil (for cooking) |

Directions

Place 1 spoonful of fruit filling and 1 spoonful of Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce in the lower center of the crepe
-
Fold up once from the bottom then fold over the sides

Roll up the rest of the way. Repeat with the rest

Heat 1 tbsp. of oil in a non stick pan
-
In small batches sauté the blintz on both sides until golden brown
