Ingredients

Fruit Filling 6 oz
Muy Fresco Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce 15 oz
Prepared Crepes 12 ea
Oil (for cooking) ¼ cup

Directions

  1. Place 1 spoonful of fruit filling and 1 spoonful of Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce in the lower center of the crepe
  2. Fold up once from the bottom then fold over the sides
  3. Roll up the rest of the way. Repeat with the rest
  4. Heat 1 tbsp. of oil in a non stick pan
  5. In small batches sauté the blintz on both sides until golden brown
