Wild Mushroom Crème de Brie® Flatbread

Using Crème de Brie® by alouette® Professional

Ingredients

  • 1 ea.

    Flatbread crust/pinsa

  • 4 oz.

    Crème de Brie® by alouette® Professional

  • 3 oz.

    Cooked wild mushrooms

  • Arugula to garnish

Directions

  1. Pre heat oven to 450° F.

  2. Place flatbread on flat surface.

  3. Spread Crème de Brie® by alouette® Professional over flatbread to ½“ of edge.

  4. Top with cooked mushrooms.

  5. Bake until cheese is bubbly and slightly brown.

  6. Remove from oven, cut into portions, top with arugula prior to serving.
