Wild Mushroom Crème de Brie® Flatbread
Utilisant Crème de Brie® by alouette® Professional

Ingrédients
1 ea.
Flatbread crust/pinsa
4 oz.
Crème de Brie® by alouette® Professional
3 oz.
Cooked wild mushrooms
Arugula to garnish
Instructions
Pre heat oven to 450° F.
Place flatbread on flat surface.
Spread Crème de Brie® by alouette® Professional over flatbread to ½“ of edge.
Top with cooked mushrooms.
Bake until cheese is bubbly and slightly brown.
Remove from oven, cut into portions, top with arugula prior to serving.
