Multigrain toast

Lox or smoked salmon

Directions
For Elote toast: Roast corn kernels on a hot skillet.
Remove from heat and allow it to cool.
Combine kernels, cilantro, and diced red onion with lime juice and salt.
Toast bread.
Spread Muy Fresco® Mediterranean-style Hummus on toast.
Top the hummus toast with the elote combination.
Lightly drizzle with warm Muy Fresco® Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce over the Elote hummus toast.
Sprinkle with chili powder.
For Caprese Mediterranean Hummus Toast: Cut tomato into three generous slices.
Wash and dry basil leaves.
Toast bread.
Spread Muy Fresco® Mediterranean-style Hummus on toast.
Top hummus toast with sliced tomato and basil.
