Our New Holland, Pennsylvania facility is in search of a self-motivated creative candidates to fill the position of CSR Manager. This position requires a visionary leader who will develop a CSR culture within our company and who will organize, plan, track and execute all CSR initiatives.

 MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a US CSR strategy with the assistance of cross functional departments such as Finance and Operations
• Strong planning, project management and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Track and stay up to date with CSR-related trends/research and regulatory issues and provide best practice guidance to help modify strategies
• Drive/develop reporting requirements
• Develop reporting matrix and establish KPIs
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with others
• Coordinate with employee wellbeing projects and initiatives

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science/Dairy Technology or related field or equivalent work experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment, preferably consumer packaged goods
• CSR experience with proven results required
• Must have excellent facilitation skills, project management skills, and a drive for results
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft products, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams required.
