The Corporate Engineer is responsible for providing project scope, selection, functionality, implementation, and validation of CAPEX projects requiring technical advice and knowledge.

Position Responsibilities:

• Supporting plant engineering teams on projects involving the installation of complex equipment, piping systems, and electrical systems
• Utilizing best practice engineering methods and providing technical support/guidance for engineering initiatives
• Facilitate/manage project costs in coordination with local plant engineering teams for CAPEX projects
• Ensure validation with all process authority and governmental requirements of all  new and modified equipment
• Support plant teams on compliance with OSHA regulations and compliance

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or relevant work experienced
• 6-10 years experience leading engineering programs and projects
• Expertise level of experience in engineering technology
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes - food packaging/processing technology preferred
• Must have excellent facilitation and project management skills
