Corporate Engineer

The Corporate Engineer is responsible for providing project scope, selection, functionality, implementation, and validation of CAPEX projects requiring technical advice and knowledge.

Position Responsibilities:

Supporting plant engineering teams on projects involving the installation of complex equipment, piping systems, and electrical systems
Utilizing best practice engineering methods and providing technical support/guidance for engineering initiatives
Facilitate/manage project costs in coordination with local plant engineering teams for CAPEX projects
Ensure validation with all process authority and governmental requirements of all new and modified equipment
Support plant teams on compliance with OSHA regulations and compliance

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or relevant work experienced
6-10 years experience leading engineering programs and projects
Expertise level of experience in engineering technology
Knowledge of manufacturing processes - food packaging/processing technology preferred
Must have excellent facilitation and project management skills
