Diced Apple Pizza Topping, divided in half 16 oz
Muy Fresco Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce, divided in half 15 oz
Pie Dough, unbaked 2 ea
Egg, for egg wash 1
Sugar in the Raw ½ cup

Directions

  1. Pre heat oven to 375° F
  2. Spread Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce over ½ of each pie shell
  3. Top cheese sauce with diced apple pizza topping
  4. Brush edges of each pie shell with egg wash
  5. Fold prepared shell in half and pinch edges to seal
  6. Brush the prepared strombolis with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar
  7. Place prepared strombolis in oven and bake for 10 -12 minutes until golden brown
  8. Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting and serving
