Ingredients

Tortilla “Scoops” 1 bag
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Ground beef 8 oz
Cumin 1 tsp
Dark Chili Powder ½ tsp
Salsa (drained) 1 jar
Muy Fresco Cheddar Cheese Sauce 8 oz

Directions

  1. Heat sauté pan with oil over moderate high heat
  2. Add ground beef and brown
  3. Season beef with cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper
  4. Place tortilla scoops on sheet tray
  5. Fill each tortilla scoop with 1 tsp seasoned cooked ground beef
  6. Top each filled scoop with 1 tsp salsa and 1 tsp Cheddar Cheese Sauce
  7. Serve as a passed hors d’oeuvre
