Multigrain toast 1 slice
Muy Fresco® Mediterranean Hummus Spread 2 Tbsp
Roasted corn kernels 3 Tbsp
Fresh cilantro 2 Tbsp
Red onion 2 Tbsp
Lime juice 2 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Chili powder to taste
Muy Fresco® Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce
Caprese Mediterranean Toast
Multigrain toast 1 slice
Muy Fresco® Mediterranean Hummus Spread 2 Tbsp
Tomato ½
A few sprigs of fresh basil
Balsamic glaze
Salt and pepper to taste
Lox Mediterranean Hummus Toast
Multigrain toast 1 slice
Muy Fresco® Mediterranean Hummus Spread 2 Tbsp
Lox or smoked salmon 2 slices
Capers 1 Tbsp
Red onion
Cucumber
Fresh dill
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. For Elote toast: Roast corn kernels on a hot skillet.
  2. Remove from heat and allow it to cool.
  3. Combine kernels, cilantro, and diced red onion with lime juice and salt.
  4. Toast bread.
  5. Spread Muy Fresco® Mediterranean Hummus Spread on toast
  6. Top the hummus toast with the elote combination.
  7. Lightly drizzle with warm Muy Fresco® Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce over the Elote hummus toast.
  8. Sprinkle with chili powder.
  9. For Caprese Mediterranean Hummus Toast: Cut tomato into three generous slices.
  10. Wash and dry basil leaves.
  11. Toast bread.
  12. Spread Muy Fresco® Mediterranean Hummus Spread on toast.
  13. Top hummus toast with sliced tomato and basil.
  14. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
  15. For Lox Mediterranean Hummus Toast: Cut red onion into rings, put 3 rings aside.
  16. Wash and dry dill.
  17. Cut cucumber into thin disks, put 3-4 disks aside.
  18. Toast bread.
  19. Spread Muy Fresco® Mediterranean Hummus Spread on toast.
  20. Top hummus toast with lox, onion, cucumber, capers and dill.
  21. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
