Parbaked pizza crust-12” 1
Muy Fresco® Chipotle Cheese Sauce 1/2 cup
Soft scrambled eggs 3 eggs
Shredded cheddar 1/2 cup
Spicy breakfast sausage 4 oz
Pico de Gallo 4 oz

Directions

  1. Brown sausage according to directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°.
  3. Assemble pizza: Spread Muy Fresco® Chipotle Cheese Sauce around crust, leaving a ½” edge. Distribute scrambled eggs evenly around the pizza. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and then sausage crumbles.
  4. Bake for 6-8 minutes in a convection or pizza oven, or until the cheese is golden brown.
  5. Top with fresh Pico de Gallo and serve.
