Macaroni 16 oz/1 lb
RealFresh® Tangy Buffalo-Style Sauce 1 can (15 oz)
Chicken, cooked and shredded 9.8 oz
Mozzarella cheese, shredded 1 1/2 cups/11.8 oz
Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 1/2 cups/11.8 oz
Brick-style plain cream cheese, cut into small cubes 1 cup/8 oz
Panko breadcrumbs 1/2 cup/2 oz
Butter, melted 2 Tbsp
Fresh parsley, finely chopped, divided 2 Tbsp
Green onions, sliced 2

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well.
  2. In large bowl, toss together pasta, RealFresh® Tangy Buffalo-Style Sauce, chicken, mozzarella, Cheddar and cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Transfer macaroni to greased half-size hotel pan (2 inches deep).
  4. In small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, melted butter, 1 tbsp parsley and green onions. Sprinkle over top of macaroni mixture.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 25 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling. Hold for service.
  6. Garnish with remaining parsley.
