For shrimp tacos
Jumbo shrimp ½ lbs
Extra-virgin olive oil 2 Tbsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Salt ¾ tsp
Pepper ½ tsp
Garlic powder ¼ tsp
Hot sauce 2 Tbsp
Sriracha 2 Tbsp
Margarine, melted 1 Tbsp
Lemon juice 1 Tbsp
Fresh parsley, chopped 1 bunch
Flour tortillas 3
Sliced radishes ½ cup
Avocado chunks 1 cup
Muy Fresco® Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce ⅓ cup
For Cilantro Cabbage Slaw
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Fresh lime juice 3 Tbsp
Chopped cilantro ⅓ cup
Sliced green cabbage 8 cups

Directions

  1. For shrimp: Whisk together paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Sprinkle seasoning over shrimp and toss.
  3. Place oil on skillet over medium heat. Cook shrimp for 3-5 minutes per side.
  4. To assemble: Combine slaw ingredients.
  5. Prepare Muy Fresco® Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce according to package directions.
  6. Layer shrimp, slaw, avocado and radishes on taco shells, topping with queso blanco cheese sauce.
