Cooked Lobster Meat 2 lbs
Penne Pasta 3 lbs
Muy Fresco Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce 1 #10 Can
Milk 2 cups
Panko Bread Crumbs 2 cups
Parsley, chopped 1/4 cup

Directions

  1. Pre Heat Oven to 350°F
  2. Cook the pasta al dente, strain, rinse and dry
  3. Fold into Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce and mix well
  4. Add lobster and fold gently
  5. Add milk to adjust consistency
  6. Pour into shallow greased baking pans
  7. Mix parsley with Panko bread crumbs
  8. Top with bread crumb mixture
  9. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F
