Sanitation Supervisor

The Sanitation Supervisor ensures product safety and quality by assuring the proper cleaning and maintaining of the equipment and facilities.

A Day in the Life | Responsibilities We Trust You With:
• Ensures periodic sanitation schedule for maintaining the cleanliness of the facility.
• Controls Sanitation Department’s expenses and labor hours.
• Executes daily supervisory duties including scheduling, coaching, training, disciplining, evaluations, updates methods, procedures etc.
• Completes all necessary paperwork and data entry in a timely manner.
• Enforces compliance with all safety rules and regulations taking prompt action concerning any potential safety hazards.
• Maintains accurate records of employee performance and completes annual PFP reviews

What You Must Know | Education and Experience:
• 4 year degree or equivalent work experience in a high speed manufacturing environment, preferably consumer packaged goods and sanitation
• Minimum 2 - 4 years experience supervisory experience in a fast paced consumer packaged goods environment
• Self-motivation and safety awareness.

This may include a change in working hours, and/or shift assignment, with little or no notice to the employee(s). There is no guarantee of shift assignment or work hours/days to any employee. All employees may become subject to working overtime based upon the needs of the company with little or no notice to the employee(s).
