Taco Nacho Dippers

Utilisant Muy Fresco® Nacho Cheese Sauce

Ingrédients

  • 1/4 cup (2 oz)

    Muy Fresco® Nacho Cheese Sauce

  • 2 tsp

    Vegetable oil

  • 4 oz

    Ground beef

  • 2 tsp

    Nacho seasoning

  • 2

    Crispy corn taco shells

  • 1/2 cup

    Lettuce, shredded

  • 1/4 cup

    Tomato, diced

  • 1

    Scallion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare Muy Fresco® Nacho Cheese Sauce according to package directions. Hold for service or heat to order.

  2. In medium skillet set over medium-high heat, add oil. Add ground beef and nacho seasoning and cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked through. Hold for service or cook to order.

  3. Divide seasoned beef between taco shells. Garnish with lettuce, tomato and scallion. Serve with Muy Fresco® Nacho Cheese Sauce for dipping.
