The position of Warehouse Coordinator at AFP Warehouse is an hourly role reporting to the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor. The role is focused on ensuring the smooth flow of shipping operations and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides smooth flow of shipping by reconciling shipments for all product availability and inventory accuracy issues.
• Creates transfer orders and processes loads for shipment.
• Audits warehouse for issues; provide timely feedback for correction, accountability, and retraining.
• Manages and maintains inventory accuracy by overseeing the warehouse cycle counting program.
• Coordinates trucks for timely shipping of finished product.
• Keeps immediate supervisor informed of matters concerning the department, and takes corrective actions where needed.
• Follow plant rules and compliance with applicable regulatory & safety standards.
• Fill in for Operators/Material Handlers as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
