Summary of Position:

Pre-weighs ingredients according to mix formulations; maintains an organized work area; must be capable of heavy lifting. Records accurate lot numbers and manufacturers on mix formula; Encourages safe work practices; Follows GMP policy.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pre-weighs ingredients according to mix formulas.
• Operates forklifts safely; keeps work area clean and well organized.
• Knowledge of ingredients per mix formulations; Maintains detailed and accurate records to ensure proper weights of ingredient mixes, observes and records lot numbers and manufacturers. Records information accurately on paperwork/forms.
• Encourages safe work practices and performs safe work behaviors; follows GMP policy.
• Must have ability to perform SAP transactions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Must have ability to perform mathematical calculations.
• Require lifting up to 50 lbs.
