The Maintenance Managers proactively oversees the department to assure optimized productivity and efficiency of operation by implementing maintenance programs for the facility, utility systems, and production machinery of the plant.  This person encourages high performance and a team atmosphere.

Key responsibilities include planning/implementing/maintaining a preventative maintenance programs, assure compliance of regulatory reports and all environmental guidance, conduct hazard analysis, oversee boiler room including inspections, oversees and develops training needs and requirements.

The ideal candidate will work independently and have strong math skills. Aseptic processing experience and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred.
