Zausner Foods Corp, a subsidiary of Groupe Savencia Fromage & Dairy based in New Holland, PA is currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst/Developer although recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Savencia Fromage & Dairy is a 6-billion-dollar international company with headquarters in Viroflay, France. Savencia specializes in fine cheeses, chocolates, and meats and employs 20,000 people in various parts of the globe.

We are looking to fill an Analyst/Developer position which will be responsible for the analysis, design and development of all functions related to Finance, Administration and Controlling across multiple business segments and companies. The role is responsible for managing the day-to-day project activities to ensure business requirements are translated to solutions as well as providing day-to-day application support as needed.  This position must develop complete familiarity with the technologies and applications available within the organization.  Hybrid remote work is available after a training period.

Essential Functions

• Work closely with members of business functions to facilitate effective solution implementations and provide knowledge transfer of system functionality to Super Users, Subject Matter Experts, and end-users.
• Work closely with the development team to define programming requirements and test programming solutions.
• Analyze business process gaps and identify solution alternatives and guidance to business and IT stakeholders for selecting the best solutions necessary to close the gaps.
• Proactively participate in the integration between related SAP functions with other Business Analysts.
• Build and execute unit testing, integration, and regression testing (build test cases, perform tests, and make changes to configuration or processes based upon results).
• Provide production support for SAP FI/CI and integration points with SD, MM and PP modules.
• Provide production support for Vistex and SAP Dispute Management modules.
• Provide production support for Anaplan.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Programming and Development, or similar degree focus.
• Recent Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 5+ years of experience in the SAP FI/CO module with development and support of business application systems including analysis, functional and technical design testing is desired.
• Strong skills working with CO-PA and experience integrating BW and/or PowerBI a plus
• Experience with Anaplan a plus
