Job Description:

Zausner Foods Corp, part of Savencia Fromage and Dairy, is seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our shared services group in New Holland. This role primarily involves processing invoices for our US entities.

Essential Duties:

• Apply cash receipts (lockbox and manual) against customer invoices.
• Ensure daily deposit totals are accurately recorded in SAP.
• Manage check processing to Citibank.
• Follow established deduction processes.
• Assist in obtaining documentation for customer deduction resolutions.
• Conduct collections on assigned accounts.
• Monitor and manage the AR email account.
• Submit invoices and disputes via customer portals.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies and unpaid invoices.
• Monitor credit holds and release as necessary.
• Contribute to special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 – 3 years of experience in Accounting/Accounts Receivable.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• SAP experience preferred.
