We're looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our shared services group in New Holland, Lancaster County, to process payrolls for our US entities.

Job Responsibilities:

Process employee transaction in HRIS system (new hires, terminations, data changes, etc.)

Generate monthly union dues reports and submit for payment

Process weekly payroll related journal entries and month end payroll related account reconciliations

Ensure proper processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, charitable contributions, and other deductions

Investigate and resolve payroll issues

Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting payroll and benefits and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance

Process income Withholding Orders, Medical Support Notices and Employee Verifications

Requirements:

Experience using software systems such as, ADP WFN and WFM, Kronos, Oracle, Ad HOC Cognos

High School diploma or GED with prior work history in payroll

FPC or CPP Certification preferred

4+ years progressive payroll experience, prior multi-state, union contracts, and expats
