Spinach Artichoke



Ingredients

1 ½ cup Muy Fresco Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce or Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce
2 lb Spinach, chopped
2 lb 8 oz Artichokes (bottoms if available)
1 oz Garlic Powder (pinch)
Parmesan Cheese, grated for topping


Directions

  • Drain spinach
  • Chop artichokes, ¼ inch dice
  • Combine all ingredients except parmesan cheese
  • Portion into 8 oz ramekins
  • Top with parmesan
  • Bake @ 375°F for 15-20 minutes until golden brown
  • Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips
