Spinach Artichoke



Ingredients

1 #10 can  AFP Monterey Jack or Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce

2 lb chopped spinach

2 lb 8 oz artichokes (bottoms if available)

1 oz garlic powder (pinch)

parmesan cheese, grated, for topping

 



Directions

  • Drain spinach
  • Chop artichokes, ¼ inch dice
  • Combine all ingredients except parmesan cheese
  • Portion into 8 oz ramekins
  • Top with parmesan
  • Bake @ 375°F for 15-20 minutes until golden brown
  • Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips
