Rum Raisin Pudding



Ingredients

1 ea.                       #10 Can Rice Pudding

10 oz.                     Raisins

1 tbsp.                    Rum Extract

OR ¼ c.                 Dark Rum

Ground Cinnamon



Directions

If using real rum:

  • Heat large pot.
  • Add rum, cook until slightly reduced or alcohol has cooked out.
  • Add pudding and raisins, stir to combine.
  • Cook until heated through.
  • Hold over heat for no longer than 3 hours.
  • Garnish with cinnamon

If using extract:

  • Combine ingredients in a large pot.
  • Cook until heated through.
  • Hold over heat for no longer than 3 hours.
  • Garnish with cinnamon.
