Queso Blanco, Apple Dessert Stromboli


16 oz.                     Mussleman’s Diced Apple Pizza Topping Divided in Half

15 oz.                     Queso Blanco divided in half

2 ea.                       Unbaked Pie Dough

1                              Egg – For Egg Wash

½ c.                         Sugar in the Raw



  • Pre heat oven to 375°F
  • Spread Queso Blanco over ½ of each pie shell
  • Top Queso blanco with musslemans diced apple pizza topping
  • Brush edges of each pie shell with egg wash
  • Fold prepared shell in half and pinch edges to seal
  • Brush the prepared stromboli’s with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar
  • Place prepared stromboli’s in oven and bake for 10 -12 minutes until golden brown
  • Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting and serving
