Queso Blanco, Apple Dessert Stromboli


16 oz Diced Apple Pizza Topping, divided in half
15 oz Muy Fresco Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce, divided in half
2 ea Pie Dough, unbaked
1 Egg, for egg wash
½ cup Sugar in the Raw



  • Pre heat oven to 375° F
  • Spread Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce over ½ of each pie shell
  • Top cheese sauce with diced apple pizza topping
  • Brush edges of each pie shell with egg wash
  • Fold prepared shell in half and pinch edges to seal
  • Brush the prepared stromboli’s with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar
  • Place prepared stromboli’s in oven and bake for 10 -12 minutes until golden brown
  • Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting and serving
