Mini Tacos



1 bag Tortilla “Scoops”
2 Tbsp Vegetable oil
8 oz Ground beef
1 tsp Cumin
½ tsp Dark Chili Powder
1 jar Salsa (drained)
8 oz Muy Fresco Cheddar Cheese Sauce


  • Heat sauté pan with oil over moderate high heat
  • Add ground beef and brown
  • Season beef with cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper
  • Place tortilla scoops on sheet tray
  • Fill each tortilla scoop with 1 tsp seasoned cooked  ground beef
  • Top each filled scoop with 1 tsp salsa and 1 tsp Cheddar Cheese Sauce
  • Serve as a passed hors d’oeuvre
