6 Lemon Ice Box Pies


6 – 9” Prepared Pie Crusts
1 #10 can Real Fresh Lemon Pudding
44 oz Cream Cheese
33 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
Whipped Cream (optional)  


  • Score and blind bake prepared pie crusts for 15 minutes at 350° F
  • Blend cream cheese until softened
  • Add Lemon Pudding to softened cream cheese and mix well
  • Distribute into prepared pie crusts and refrigerate overnight
  • Top with whipped cream to serve
