6 – 9” prepared pie crusts

1 #10 can AFP Lemon Pudding

44 oz cream cheese

33 oz sweetened condensed milk

whipped cream (optional)


  • Score and blind bake prepared pie crusts for 15 minutes at 350°F
  • Blend cream cheese until softened
  • Add AFP Lemon Pudding to softened cream cheese and mix well
  • Distribute into prepared pie crusts and refrigerate overnight
  • Top with whipped cream to serve
