Lazy Pumpkin Pie


1 #10 can AFP Vanilla Pudding

1 30 oz can pumpkin puree

2 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice

4 cups gingersnaps

3 cups whipped cream

grated nutmeg, for garnish

whole gingersnaps, for garnish


  • Crush gingersnaps to small crumbs
  • In a mixing bowl, combine AFP Vanilla Pudding, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice
  • Add spices as necessary for your preference
  • In a trifle dish, or clear glass container, repeat layers of pumpkin mixture, then gingersnaps, then whipped cream
  • Repeat until completed, and finish with whipped cream on top
  • Garnish with whole gingersnap cookies or grated nutmeg
