Cheesy Fruit Blintz


6 oz Fruit Filling
6 oz Muy Fresco Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce
12 ea Prepared Crepes
¼ cup Oil (for cooking)


  • Place 1 spoonful of fruit filling and 1 spoonful of Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce in the lower center of the crepe.
  •  Fold up once from the bottom then fold over the sides.
  • Roll up the rest of the way. Repeat with the rest.
  • Heat1 tbsp. of oil in a non stick pan.
  • In small batches sauté the blintz on both sides until golden brown.
