Cheesy Fruit Blintz
6 oz. Fruit Filling
6 oz. Queso Blanco
12 ea. Prepared Crepes
¼ c. Oil For Cooking
- Place 1 spoonful of fruit filling and 1 spoonful of Queso Blanco in the lower center of the crepe.
- Fold up once from the bottom then fold over the sides.
- Roll up the rest of the way. Repeat with the rest.
- Heat1 tbsp. of oil in a non stick pan.
- In small batches sauté the blintz on both sides until golden brown.
