Cheesy Fruit Blintz
|6 oz||Fruit Filling|
|6 oz||Muy Fresco Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce|
|12 ea||Prepared Crepes|
|¼ cup||Oil (for cooking)|
- Place 1 spoonful of fruit filling and 1 spoonful of Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce in the lower center of the crepe.
- Fold up once from the bottom then fold over the sides.
- Roll up the rest of the way. Repeat with the rest.
- Heat1 tbsp. of oil in a non stick pan.
- In small batches sauté the blintz on both sides until golden brown.
