Cheeseburger Stuffed Mushrooms


8 ea Large Stuffing Mushrooms
¼ cup Onion, chopped
1 Tbsp Oil
½ lb Hamburger Meat
1 ea Egg
8 oz Muy Fresco Aged Cheddar Cheese Sauce
Paprika, for garnish  


  • Clean mushrooms – remove stems and chop stems
  • In medium pan, sauté onions and stems in oil for 2-3 minutes
  • Drain and set aside, let cool
  • Mix cooked onion mixture, hamburger and egg – form 8 meatballs
  • Place meatballs in prepared mushroom caps
  • Bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes
  • Top with Muy Fresco Aged Cheddar Cheese Sauce and sprinkle tops with paprika
